Woodcrest was completed in 2007 and is within close walking distance to Main Street Highland's restaurants and shopping! The cabin has 4 bedrooms, each with private bath and a flat screen TV. Two equally sized master bedrooms are on the main level, each with flat screen TV and their own private screened porch. A soaring 2 story beamed living room has a wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors. Off the living room is a large comfortably furnished screened porch with an outdoor fireplace, great for entertaining or simply relaxing.

Rate Schedule
Peak Season: April 1st - Jan. 5th,
1 week minimum stay.
$2,800 wk ..$8,750 Month
Off Season: Jan 6th- March 31st.....five nigth minimum
--------$275/nt, $2300 wk, $5,250 mo.
Housekeeping Fee: Add $200 housekeeping fee to all stays.
Deposit- $750 for all stays
Payment: Full payment via check upon reserving for rentals less than 1 month.
Pets: We adore pets but appreciate learning about yours first. If pets are approved, we will reserve an additional $300 refundable pet deposit.
Smoking: Please Limit to Outdoor Decks and Porches.
Refunds:
We're pleased to refund 100% if your cancellation is outside 30 days of arrival with a $45 cancellation fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. If inside 30 days, 50%. Within 21 days, 25%. Regrettably, we can not offer refunds inside 14 days, as it's difficult to rent the property on short notice.
